“I am getting my mental edge back, so thank you for opening me up to the mental game. I have much more consistency in my play and I don’t get as easily upset when things don’t go well. This has made a huge difference for me not only in hockey, but every day"

-NCAA College Hockey Player

"This is awesome - I love this program! and will share it with my players and coaching peers."

"Of all the people I have met, Mark is the most knowlegable in regards to how the body works. His knowledge spans past the maximization of  physical performance and envelopes how that performance is intertwined with the mind and spirit. The knowledge and guidance he passed on to me was largely responsible for me ending up at Stanford. He has always been in my court and I cannot thank him enough for that."

-NCAA D1 Football
